Rusty Hearts is an online role playing game with an engaging story and it's available with multiple PvP modes. For free to play a game, it has good graphics and the story is portrayed with cut-scenes which are of a very high quality. This attention to details is rarely seen in online oriented games.
You can only choose between 5 characters which are not customizable. They all have different weapons and abilities. The story is the same for any character and you may choose to do dungeons in the cooperative mode with other players, although this is not mandatory.
The overall game design is anime inspired with colorful fighting abilities and creatures. The gameplay is fast paced and in the dungeons you can only play with the keyboard or gamepad. Outside the dungeons you can move with the mouse and you're able to see the world through different perspectives.
The items you find can enhance your powers, however they do not make any visual difference to your character. The only thing that changes is the weapon. If you want a different appearance you can buy costumes.
Rusty Hearts has repetitive gameplay, however, the story more than compensates for that. Overall, for free to play a game it is certainly worth to try this one.
